1. Time of the settlement/evicting

The evicting time is 12:00, settlement - 13:00. In some cases, on preliminary agreement with apartment owner, accounting time can be changed at extra cost or without it.

2. When and how to pay?

You pay for residence in apartment, directly at settling, for the whole period.

The Amount paid for days of the residence, is irretrievable. If the eviction is carried out before a specified date - money for the unlived days do not return.

3. Bail for the apartment

All our partners require the guarantee for apartment at settling in the manner of original of the document. Guests who have caused harm to the apartment, are in charge of redemption of the cost of the repair or new corresponding to equipping the apartment.

4. The rules of the residence at the apartment

Prohibited bring strangers into the apartment, not having agreed this with the apartment owner. Party is prohibited without co-ordination with the apartment owner. The noise after 22:00 is prohibited. Prohibited smoking in the apartment, there is balconies with ashtray for smoking people. The Clients, which are used the service of our site, are considered acquainted with the rules and they are responsible for wholeness of the apartment.
